What's the group booking process?
Submit the experience request form → receive a custom quote → confirm headcount and sign the contract → the program runs on the day.
What's the maximum group size you can host at once?
From a minimum of 10 up to 300 people at once. With a large performance hall and multiple professional studios, groups of 300+ run smoothly as split or combined classes.
Is parking available for large tour buses?
Yes — over 800 parking spaces across our front and rear lots, with easy access and turning space for large buses.
Do you provide certificates for international groups?
On request, all participants receive an official English-language certificate, plus a short-form challenge video souvenir (for the K-POP dance experience).
What are your booking hours?
Every day from 10:00 to 19:00.
How far in advance do I need to book? Can I book 2 days ahead?
We recommend booking at least a week ahead so we can assign instructors and confirm studio availability. Bookings as close as 2 days out may be possible depending on open slots — please ask.
Is the class fixed at 90 minutes? Can it be extended?
The standard program runs 90 minutes, but can be extended based on your tour schedule or group's request (extension incurs an additional fee).
What's the confirmation and payment process?
After a tax invoice is issued, your booking is finalized once the deposit is paid at least 3 weeks before the event.
How is the choreography song chosen? Can we request a specific song?
By default, our instructors select a song based on difficulty and current trends. If your group has a specific artist or song in mind, let us know in advance and we'll build the class around it.
Besides galbitang and samgyetang, are other meal options available?
Currently the group meal program offers only these two signature Korean dishes.
What other programs can be paired with the dance class?
Vocal training, a professional studio recording session, K-beauty (idol-style makeup and hair), a center tour, and agency audition connections can all be combined into a package.
Is there a waiting area for tour guides or chaperones?
There's no dedicated waiting room, but guides are welcome to relax at our on-site café or observe the class from inside the studio.
